For my Blackstone Great Griddle Off “Food You’ve Seen in a Movie” entry, I pulled inspiration from a few Napoleon Dynamite classics: Napoleon’s beloved tots, Uncle Rico’s steak, and of course, the eggs. I started with crispy Blackstone tots, peppers and onions, avocado and blistered cherry tomatoes, then piled on sliced filet mignon and garlic aioli. An over-medium egg, a little hot sauce and scallions finished it off. This is exactly the kind of loaded Blackstone recipe that would be perfect for RV camping or cooking at the campsite.
