its the same effect as astrophotography with a reflecting telescope, you get the flares from the secondary mirror holder ❤️

it looks like the optical effect that comes from the arms on a space telescope. fun fact, you can tell which space, telescope and image came from by counting the number of these streaks that come off the bright points. Hubble's main mirror has four struts, so stars have a cross pattern coming off of them. James Webb space telescope has a hexagonal shape with six struts, so stars from that telescope have six lines coming off of them. . also at the risk of being pedantic, just stating it in case you didn't know - you don't pronounce the "L" in "solder" - it's pronounced like "saw-der" (at least in American English, might be different elsewhere)
