This whole case needs to be thrown out for one. There’s too many connections and too many people that are being called on stand that hang out or have had coincidences together… you got one of the detectives interacting with the ex-husband’s new wife and the husband outside of this and that has bought their home… so that has biased all in it. How is that even allowed for their statements to b reliable, and truth to them???? then you have a Apple Watch that supposedly was tracking her movements during this whole thing that’s not even accurate she couldn’t have been wearing it because even the day that she was in the coma it was saying that she did steps and did this ! So make it make sense? Then you have a husband and his alibi is he went to CVS and then he went to a restaurant look at the video footage. It’s not the same person. The hair is not the same texture. The clothes he has on is not the same, and the shoes are not the same so he went from point a to point B magically changed his hair, his undershirt his shoes the man cannot even remember his own lies one minute on the stand he makes the comment I pulled up to her car and parked by her vehicle and then the next Statement he’s talking about well. I didn’t know if she was home for sure so that’s why I called her. Come on !!!! And you really need to look into when and how long he’s been actually seeing the woman that he’s married to now because that December whenever he went to New York, guess where she lived? You can’t tell me a lot of stuff in this case is not adding up. A lot of people failed this woman and her husband should be held reliable also because he knew her state mentally and physically!!! but he was already checked out because he was already in another relationship!!!! there’s too many coincidences of him and his new wife being together!! a lot of these people need to be investigated themselves!! if she gets charged, then he should get charged because he knew all of her situation. He knew everything that she was going through and if she made comments about any harming or anything he’s held reliable just as well as she is.
