I work in banking most recently in fraud case processing most financial institutions allow chargeback disputes up to 120 days. DONT FILE FRAUD file a dispute fraud=I DID NOT PARTICIPATE in the transaction dispute= I DID participate

Believe it or not, this happens more often than not. And the worst part is that people aren’t held accountable. Some people simply don’t want the drama, so the person who failed to hold up their end of the bargain gets off scot-free. It’s honestly so sad.

COMMUNICATION is not hard!! There is no reason anyone has to wait in silence. Life happens, it has to me! Buuuuuut my customer already knew it was coming because I was in constant communication with them! 🤷🏻♀️To me, that is just good business! Always advocate for yourself, stop letting crappy people get away with this stuff!! Hold them accountable!
