@chasscoffeeandchaos: I won’t argue with you, but you can’t tell me trial day 15 didn’t show you just how badly Lindsay was failed by her healthcare providers, how much she expressed to her family she was struggling, and certainly shows how much mentally she was struggling. She wanted help. #lindsayclancy #ppp #speakup #advocate
Me with severe PPD. It doesn’t always *look* like something is wrong. The only thing that was done for me was an emergency therapist who told me to “write my feelings in a journal.”

I wanna start by saying I agree with u!!… If u don’t mind me asking, how does one know if/when it’s psychosis? It’s sounds so scary, I’m sorry u had to go thru that 🫶🏽

Even her MIL said that she tried to get help. When I went through this with my kids, no one listened either. I just had to fight through it and hope I came out the other side. Also, I do believe that the medications she was on, in such a short amount of time, made things worse for her.

See… I have always been very vocal about when I went through postpartum psychosis. Yeah, I get some crazy looks when I tell people “oh yeah I was seeing ☠️children in my house & heard voices like my husband talking to me but he was out of town”… but I’ve never been hit with “but did you ☠️your kids”.. not once. And honestly, given that the “similar” case in North Dakota happen to be my cousins I’d probably smack somebody if they did say that. 🤷🏽♀️

I agree with you because I’m tired of seeing videos saying if your mom that stands with Lindsay Clancy, your kids should be taken from you. We don’t understand with the choices of what she did to her children. We stay in that she was failed because many women have went through it people just push it aside until it actually happens to one of their family members or their wife or their friend and until it happens to you you wouldn’t understand it

My best friend went through a PPP. It was the scariest thing I’ve ever witnessed. She was able to call a cab, get her 3 kids (one being 2mo) dressed (for winter) coats hats boots all that and come to my house at 3am. She didn’t even realize what time it was. She just knew something was wrong. She tried to sign herself in, they said unless she wanted to off herself they couldn’t help her. So she said she wanted too, she ended up being admitted and losing her kids. I couldn’t believe what they were doing to her. She could have a full conversation one second and the next minute she was completely out of it and the gov was out to get her and everything was hacked. My heart broke for her and her babies, no one can tell me LC did it.
