I’m confused by most of these comments. Obvs you don’t expect holes or tears in a dress but given you can’t take the dresses up it’s not surprising that most dresses are dirty on the bottom from dragging on the ground. I’ve hired dresses for my 3 girls for school formals etc and you are told not to wash/dry clean or stain remove before sending back and the cost of cleaning is in the hire cost. My girls are on the taller side so it’s not been a huge issue but I absolutely see how most dresses would be very dirty on the hem and if its a wet day that can soak up from the hem slightly

I remember renting a women’s satin suit from a place in Auckland and even tho it was black I was scared of marking it in the slightest. Just because you have access to renting an outfit doesn’t mean you should thrash it 😬

This is why I could never rent, I’m too clumsy! I would feel so guilty and wrap myself in bubble wrap! I don’t think I have ever had a sip of a drink without spilling it on myself first ( another reason I don’t wear light colours) 😭🤣

Please wear gloves when handling these returns. There are a lot of infections that can transfer from clothing to your hands or any open entrees like your nose or mouth. 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾
