if you turn the ps5 off and then hold the power button till u hear a beep then should put you in safe mode go and had and use the d pad on the controller to go down to clear cash and rebuild data base go and had and hit clear cash then once its down do it again then instead of clear cash you wanna hit rebuild date base this help me fix my game it was crashing all the time but now it works and btw get a new TV ts old it looks like it doesn't even run 50hz no hate man

try after you done downloading the other games your wifi could be way to unstable especially when you first get a new console or your ps5 needs to be cleaned out and thermal paste re did cause wallmart never knows to actually do there job just like gamestop

try going into safe on ir ps5 first gotta do is turn off ur console and then after hold the power until u hear 2 beeps and after that go to the one that says rebuild data base it won't delete anything at all

this is absolutely a hardware issue within the ps5 itself. The liquid metal could be thin, but that takes years of usage. Return it and do a full swap. If you still run into the same issue on ANOTHER Ps5, it could be your internet or the wires your using like your HDMI, Power Cord, and Ethernet interfering with the ps5 in some way
