@dr.m_: Bleeding is from inflammation of your gum tissue which is a result of bacterial accumulation under your gums. The best way to reduce bacteria in your gums is flossing!
I floss my teeth once a day and still bleed 😭. Sometimes it’s just a little but other times it’s a decent amount. I will still floss every day

Yeah, fr. If he would just floss everyday for ~weeks straight, the bleeding would stop.

as a hygienist, this is the thing that patients say and I have to control my eyes so they don't roll out of my head.

It’s true. It took a few weeks but now no longer bleed and my gums looks healthier since I’ve started flossing.

Clearly we are not flossing twice a day , both sides of the gum c-Shape 😂 also doc I’m starting orthoFX soon can u please make video on the hygiene. I’m scared of bacteria build up. Additionally what are your thoughts on lowering the upper lip for gummy smile. Teeth are already too exposed for a gingivectomy
