Tbh fair, no question is dumb, I would rather someone come ask what to do next in case I have something planned, then they go mess it up and delay the schedule, You sir need to be a better teacher and supervisor. I have worked in construction for 20+ year, and I still have questions for myself. It's better to be a team than a lone wolf. I'd rather my students progress properly than, "Expect to knoe what's next".
