Me with 2 week experience arguing w my manager about structural issues. I stopped arguing cause i felt he has experience so he must be right. Crazy enough i was right and when things went wrong, company lost $40k he blamed me for not following my instincts since it was my project. Reported him and got moved to a different department. Always stand your ground.
