The server I joined last night is the best one thus far. Everyone is roleplaying, even the Shogun! The Feudal Nobles are unlike the usual nobles who use the present words, they truly sound like a noble!! It's like I'm really living a life in the game.

At this point I’m considering getting over my social anxiety and making a roleplay discord server so I can have group to play this game with cause oh my god it’s hell trying to interact with anyone in roleplay games

Roblox roleplay was never the best place for consistently high-quality roleplay. As you get older, you start to notice how low the standards can be and how unprofessional parts of the community are, especially when a lot of it is run by younger players. You’re probably better off trying text-based roleplay in other games entirely. The only time I really enjoyed Roblox roleplay was with friends, because even when the writing wasn’t perfect, the people and stories we made together were what actually made it fun.

Like where did the ACTUAL COLLECTIVE OPEN ROLEPLAYING GO? People used to just join into the roleplays and have no problems with it, as introducing new characters. Roleplay games are for ROLEPLAYING, not hanging out ooc.

I think rp in general has gone this route. just look at the other game platform RP. they do the same thing & power tripping mods too. peak roleplay times was 2016 and below

I'm so tired of joining gakuran rp servers just for it all to be VC or for everyone to just be hanging out talking about their friends behind their back. not only that but why is everyone 14-17 . I don't want to join discord cc servers bc they're strict asf, even the ones that say they aren't

I feel this I remember when everyone roleplayed in Robloxian high school and other games but not anymore, the chat restrictions definitely gave rp games the last kick in killing them though
