IQ tests are heavily knowledge based rather than testing deduction and reasoning. knowledge is cultural so varies by location so IQ tests mostly suit people from the western world.

I know it's tough to express in a few minutes, but the niabce is absent in your claims and sources. IQ already tests multiple intelligences. Standard psychometric batteries evaluate distinct cognitive modules: verbal comprehension, perceptual reasoning, working memory, and processing speed. A single composite score summarizes multiple cognitive functions, which is why two people with identical IQ scores can have completely different cognitive strengths. Which is why, I think, the Gardner's theory arose but was ultimately doomed from the start. I am familiar with the studies cited on attractiveness and success (such as Scholz & Sicinski 2015) and they rely strictly on facial ratings from yearbook photos to isolate facial features from confounding variables. In actual workplace the "halo effectt" is not just about your face. It also correlates with the height wage premium, fitness level, grooming, posture, and presentation

i agree on all exept the one with the iq. Its not that simple, though if you have a high iq test you will be smart, iq has its flaws and a dark history behind it with forcing people to sterilize themselves
