@hostwithsasha: Peas are underrated🫛🫛🫛so here’s my burrata & Herby Pea Salad for you 🌿 For the green herb dressing: • 1 bunch parsley • 1 bunch coriander/cilantro • Juice of 2 limes • 2 garlic cloves • 1 small piece fresh ginger, grated • 1 green jalapeño • Salt & pepper, to taste • Olive oil, just enough to blend into a smooth dressing Blend everything until smooth and set aside. For the pea salad: Cut up some Snap peas, Green peas, Fresh parsley leaves, Fresh coriander/cilantro leaves, Red chili pepper, Lemon zest, extra Olive oil & Salt Blanch the snap peas for 2–3 minutes, then immediately transfer them to ice-cold water to stop the cooking process. Cook the green peas until tender, then also transfer them to cold water.
