Nearly 7 months breastfeeding and pumping because I’m back at work and I tell every new mum to follow you xx when she was a tiny baby and she would cluster feed you had an answer, when my supply felt like it dipped you had an answer. So grateful to have your page for support and answers

I made it two years breast feeding my daughter but it was exhausting. I was such an anxious wreck my first go around and got way too obsessive with the pump. Ended up filling up 6 deep freezers full of milk I never used because I would nurse her first and then pump. I was constantly so worried I would just randomly dry up and tortured myself to keep up with pumping. I created a MASSIVE over supply that was incredibly overwhelming and caused such bad depression. I just had my son 2 weeks ago and I found your page. Because of you I have learned to trust my body and my baby. I haven’t pumped once and this breastfeeding journey has been SO MUCH MORE RELAXING AND EASY!!!! My sweet boy is 9 oz past his birth weight at exactly 2 weeks old. Thank you so so much for your videos and all the free education you provide! You have no idea how much you have helped me and made this breastfeeding journey so much easier and more enjoyable🥹🥹🥹❤️

You also made me less nervous to reach out to a LC near me for help when I need it. For so many of us, especially those who work in healthcare, it’s often easier to be sweet, kind, gentle, and loving to others and not as easy to do that basic courtesy for ourselves. I know I resemble this myself. And Nicki, you are awesome and you deserve all the hugs mama.

I am ebf my 9 month old and also did with my 2 year old and I admit that because it’s so demanding, I’ve struggled to pour into my empty cup and some days are so hard. But the mother is so amazing that she can continue to give even with an empty cup. But it’s hard. This is a nice reminder to fill our cups as well.
