Pac was only 25 years old. Just three days later, on September 7, he would be shot in Las Vegas, and he died six days after that on September 13. This became one of Pac’s final public appearances. Snoop later explained that while they were in New York, he told Angie Martinez that he still had love for Biggie and Puffy. Pac reportedly took that as Snoop not standing beside him during the East Coast/West Coast conflict. Snoop said the tension became so bad that they barely spoke on the flight back home. During that same New York trip, Tupac had a face-to-face encounter with Nas, who was another rapper Pac had issues with at the time.
