I followed this recipe to a T and mine were still wet. Any suggestions on what I can do to fix this. I did add just a little more almond flour when I was mixing because it was looking abit too wet. Still came out wet.

I know this has nothing to do with cookies but what are your stable ingredient MUST HAVES in the house to stay on keto?

Thanks!! Is there an alternative to almond flour? My son is allergic to tree nuts so I don’t bring any tree nuts in the house.

Have you tried using the lakanto monk fruit chocolate chips? Also does the almond flour make the cookie grainy?

KETO CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES ******* Makes approximately 12 cookies ******* Ingredients: 1¼ cups finely ground blanched almond flour 1 tsp baking powder ¼ tsp salt 6 tbsp butter, softened but still slightly cool ½ cup brown monk fruit sweetener 1 large egg 2 tsp vanilla extract ½ cup Lily’s Milk Chocolate Style Baking Chips ******* Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Cream the softened butter and brown monk fruit sweetener together for 2–3 minutes until creamy and fluffy. 3. Add the egg and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix until combined. 4. In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder and salt. 5. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix just until a dough forms. 6. Fold in the Lily’s chocolate chips. 7. Refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes. 8. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough per cookie and shape into tall mounds. Do not flatten! 9. Place on the parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 350°F for exactly 10 minutes. 10. Remove from the oven and leave the cookies untouched on the baking sheet for 15 minutes to finish setting. ******* Approximate macros per cookie (1 of 12): Calories: 160 Fat: 15g Protein: 4g Total Carbs: 7g Net Carbs: 4g ******* NOTE: Macros are ESTIMATES and will vary depending on the specific brands used.
