Has he been to the dentist? Tooth pain can be hard to explain and hard to see on the outside. It can cause so much other symptoms along with it.

it's something in his head, ear infection, sinus or something to do with the brain, his eyes tell me there's pain, him putting his head against yours

Autistic family here, (myself and my children) . Depression. Sit with him and say nothing and watch what he needs. Spend 48 hrs only sitting with him. You will see what’s wrong. ❤️
