my brother's cable snapped while lifting it for the first time before a 2 week trip 😭 thankfully I was able to help him replace the cable 2 days before his trip! was a fun experience

My parents had a camper when I was growing up. Camping with them was driving to the site then the 2-3 hours of horror to get it set up for them to tell us to sleep outside in a tent. After all that work it was just another tent on wheels. I vowed never to subject my children to that and just got a real camper

My cable snapped last summer. Repaired it. And then it snapped again 2 days into a 9 night trip this summer. Thankfully I always pack extra metal tarp poles and used those to prop up the roof. Replaced the entire cable system after

sure did. while camping. with 3 dogs. campground put us in a cabin because we were at a family reunion states away from home. we got it fixed when we got back and sold the B the next week. love pop ups but never again.

Had ours make it all the way up then the cable pulled out of the cable clamp. Couldn’t fix that on the spot. Went to the nearest hardware store for some 2x4s and had other campers help prop it up. 🤦🏻♂️
