I looked it up 3,428 billionaire, rocket league has 1k-5k ssls. 900 in both 1v1 and 3v3 but a couple thousand more in 2v2 bc its more popular.

i don't understand this because like... it's a rank. wether rocket league was the easiest or hardest game of all time, that shouldn't change the skill distribution of players. there will by definition always be a low number of people at the highest ranks in anything, because that's how ranks work

It’s a dumb argument even if it was true rl is hard bc it’s very unique and you must control an object in a 3d space precisely also there is basically no skill cap look up tas rocket league freestyle while they are using a program to string together a series of motions they have to do each of the individual motions themselves so it would be possible to perform what they are doing if you “perfected” the game

Well rocket league has a concurrent player base of 20,000 and “earning money” has an active player base of 8.3 billion people. Even if it was true, it would be an acceptable concept.
