The inventor of the game said it was representative of capitalism. No matter how many rules you add it ends with all the money in one person’s hands because capitalism doesn’t work!

There was a companion game that involved people going around the board until everyone had 200 dollars and then everyone won. For some reason that one has been repressed.

Your question is transparent but I’ll give it a go. Adjust passing go dollar amount to be enough to keep players alive dependant on cost it takes to round the board successfully, property ownership expires, progressive wealth tax, redistribution of that wealth tax to the lower incomes, monopolies of an entire color group becomes progressively more expensive to maintain, no player can permanently lose access to property acquisition always allowing a door back into the game. Or the super easy answer of the bank always pays the difference when a player goes bankrupt so they never go out.
