Wear baggy clothes, one or two sizes more then what you usually wear, shorter hair or beanies can also help!

I use minoxidil oil on the botton half of my face and where I would have a happy trail, its helped a lot and Ive only been using it for a few months. on top of that, I use eyebrow dye on my facial hair because its pretty light. you can see my mustache a little on my recent posts but the rest of my facial hair isnt very visible and tiktok camera doesnt do it justice

my passing tip would beeee dress masc/fem depending on what gender you're transitioning to, it can really help! also, eat certain foods that boost testosterone!! it helps a bit! if you can, obviously cut your hair. if you arent able to, id recommend tying it back if ftm!! if mtf, id let it grow out if possible! good luck twin<3

The heart functions as a double, continuous muscle pump that beats approximately 100,000 times a day to keep the blood in constant movement throughout the body. Physiologically, this organ is divided into four cavities: two upper chambers called atria, which receive blood, and two lower chambers called ventricles, which expel it. The cycle begins when deoxygenated blood from the entire body returns to the heart through the venae cavae and enters the right atrium. This cavity contracts and pushes blood through the tricuspid valve into the right ventricle, which, upon contracting, sends blood to the lungs via the pulmonary artery, where the blood releases carbon dioxide and is recharged with fresh oxygen. Once oxygenated, the blood returns to the heart through the pulmonary veins and enters the left atrium. From there, it passes through the mitral valve to the left ventricle, which is the thickest and most powerful cavity in the heart, responsible for pumping the blood with great force into the aorta artery to distribute it throughout the body. All this mechanical movement is perfectly coordinated by an intrinsic electrical system that generates its own impulses; electrical travel initiates at the sinus node, the natural pacemaker located in the right atrium, which sends a signal for both atria to contract simultaneously. This current then travels to the atrioventricular node and spreads rapidly through the ventricles through the His bundle and Purkinje fibers, causing ventricular contraction. This cyclic process consists of two main phases: diastole, which is the moment of relaxation where the cavities are filled with blood, and systole, which is the phase of contraction and emptying, thus ensuring an vital flow. IT DOES NOTHING HARD FOR YOU TO COPY AND HIT. ❤️‍🩹The heart functions as a double, continuous muscle pump that beats approximately 100,000 times a day to keep the blood in constant movement throughout the body.
