This is a very layered discussion but i think about the fact that little ones can’t consent yet to having their voice, their face, their moments shown to thousands of people. i know for a lot of parents, this is also how they earn a living. it might be what lets them be at the school gate, or build a kind of flexibility many of us don’t get. i really don’t say any of this to question that. what i’ve changed is just what i watch. Perhaps that’s a small way to support the creator without needing their kids to be part of it. Engaging more with the child free content than the with child content. I really love seeing children out playing and enjoying themselves but I can’t ignore the risks of children online.
