Yup. $150 is their once a week personal training. ABC will tell you that you need to talk to the gym. The gym will say billing. 🙄 I changed banks and gyms. I go to VASA now, no issues.

as someone who used to work at eos. It could be personal training. It’s a 4 month contract and you only have 3 business days after signing to cancel otherwise you are locked in and will be billed a similar amount depending on what program you signed up for. Also you may have been scammed in the sense that they didn’t tell you they signed you up for this. What location do you go to and i can prolly get you the # number of there district sales manager and you can call them personally. i also have the number rvp if you would like that too

Girl they’re lying. Someone knows… I used to work at LA fitness and the manager at the time was a guy and when people signed up and had to give their credit card or debit card, he was secretly writing down their card numbers and then going out and buying stuff, but he was literally charging vacations.. airline flights all kinds of stuff and these people were noticing huge charges and that’s why he got caught the guy got fired and got hired by EOS! We laughed because we were like EOS you can have him!

Channel 3 news did an investigative report about their mystery charges and how people were having a hard time canceling their membership, finally they were able to contact corporate and those people had their charges reversed and membership cancelled as they were been trying.

You are not alone. I tried to cancel my account or the least pause the account. THEY IN FACT DID NOT and kept charging me. I went in person they told me to call. I called they told me to email … like HELLO ANYBODY??

I was convinced into a contract with a personal trainer. The trainer had quit and nobody contacted me about it- I was ghosted. They kept taking the monthly training amount though 🥲 Still haven't been credited the missed sessions (this happened years ago)

EOS is a total scam!! They keep you on auto charge no matter how many times you cancel it. You have to literally go into a rage via in person and on the phone 59x before someone will stop and cancel the membership. I have no idea how they are sued and or investigated!!!

I keep trying to cancel my membership and on the website you can do it from, it asks for your agreement number and when I type in my info it says its not valid but its literally the information on my app. 🙃
