The concept uses different colors and their associated energy to create a more intentional atmosphere for relaxation, reflection, and restoration. Each color represents something different—from stability, vitality, and power to communication, creativity, intuition, love, balance, and harmony. I loved that it wasn’t just about sitting in a beautiful space—it gave me a moment to think about what I want to invite more of into my life and what I’m ready to release.
