Why are people so stupid. My friend and I got pulled over a month ago. Because we were on a busy 4 lane, the Officer came to the passenger side, my side. Said "Good evening, DL, Reg and Ins. please" She provided them, he said "I got you for speeding 72 in a 55, I'll be right back" He walked to his car, came back to my side, handed her the docu's back along with a ticket. Said" The court date is so and so, do you have any questions for me" She said "No". He said "Ok ladies, slow down and have a good night". She techicnally could have been arrested for reckless driving. Simple stop. All of this took less than 10 mins. He's obvisouly hiding something to not comply....
