This people walking at road side and crossing don’t see vehicles properly. Some use power of hands to stop vehicle. When there is cannot cross sign, even people ignore and cross. The best part is authority just fine signboard and do not take any action. They only take action when someone killed on the road. Who to blame Minister? Authorities? People?
