READ THIS! Chipotle had a buy one get one free entree from 3pm to 4pm. People started lining up OUTSIDE at this location around 2:20pm because the employees deliberately closed and locked their doors. We thought that they were prepping the food and preparing to open the doors at 3pm so we gave them grace and waited. It’s cold (40 degrees weather) and the employees saw us but refused to even acknowledge us when we asked them if they were opened or even still doing the promotion. The employees told us that they would open at 4pm so most of the people waited until then. They finally opened their doors at 4pm and then said that the time had passed so the promotion was over by then. THEY DID NOT SERVE ANYONE FROM 2pm to 4PM! The manager was extremely rude and even asked if I wanted to speak with the president about this when I spoke up for everyone on line. They only would do this in the Bronx to their own community. Never again would I go here.
