The Hiking Habit :

That's scary. I wear contacts and I do misuse them sometimes. I've slept in them, I've showered with them, and sometimes I forget to clean them completely. Thanks for raising awareness on this. It's always been a fear of mine, but in the back of my head, I think, "What are the chances? It won't happen to me," but it definitely is a reality, and it's important to take care of your eyes. You only get one pair.
