Honorable mention: GW hasn't confirmed his actual age yet, but Te Kahurangi the chief librarian on the Carcharodons, is ancient. He's "a few generations removed from the Horus Heresy era". What has been said about him in the 4 books he's in at least makes him between 1400-1500 years old in active days awake. If you factor in stasis which doesn't count, he's 10,000+ years old.
