@mrbyebye.co: @mbzofencino you’re causing someone financial strain! I should not have to be taking a personal loan just to fix a car I just bought !especially from a namebrand like @Mercedes-Benz @mercedesbenzusa UPDATE- check my newest post! They have been caught lying at least once. when I stated that I’ve been communication with them this whole time I don’t mean they’re actually been responsive and attempting to resolve anything. I mean, I have been in a constant state of calling and leaving voicemails that would never be returned, I have easily sent over 25 emails that never get replied to, and I’ve even text and called my salesman who is also not capable of replying! I took it to a local Audi Dealership bc Encino in about 2 hours away from me in Riverside. They were not responding to me for several days and this is my only car. I needed it diagnosed. I then sent it to precision automotive repair to also look into bc Audi was crazy expensive. I attempted to have MB Encino fix it, inspect it, rewind the deal, etc. I gave them PLENTY of time and opportunity and offered plenty of times to tow the car to them. They didn’t wish to rectify the situation. So then I had to move forward with it out of pocket and the problems continued to grow. They continued to not car at MB Encino. This dealerships communication post purchase is so unprofessional that it’s sickening! And this goes for the entire management and ownership. They almost seem to be spineless because they can’t even address a problem, which is a role of any management position. The owner should be embarrassed to have this team. Their reviews speak for themselves! Go check out their Yelp, Google, and DealerRater. If you see my reviews be sure to like them. I am asking that you tag Mercedes-Benz of Encino and tell them to make this right. This vehicle should’ve never been sold on their lot. I am paying over 33% of the cars value in maintenance issues after only four weeks of operating! Call them out. @mbzofencino help me hold them accountable for selling a faulty vehicle. I would even take a look at all the reviews on Yelp and Google. One last thing when it comes to the situation when I mention the buyers guy, they are in direct violation of the FTC- Used Car Rule, 16 CFR Part 455. 16 CFR § 455.2 — Consumers’ Guide requirements. I GUESS I will have to push this forward legally. Tag your lawyer friends that are in LA county Share! edit - when I said another dealership, I meant another shop, @precisionimportautorepair These guys have TOP TEIR customer service and fair pricing will providing perfect work. Thank you Mike for your patience and support ##MercedesBenzocEncino##dealershipfraud##scam##lawyer

Bro you bought a 8 year old car from a outside dealer(not audi). And then had a third party shop do repairs(not audi or them) that's honestly on you even if it has 40k miles the 5 year mark already passed when extended warranty is typically offered. Even if it had limited-warranty it's not truly real there is a loophole they'll use. In the future when buying used look into CPOs from in-house dealers.

Nah I’m sorry this is part of the territory. YOU need to do due diligence despite what they told you. Why would you ever believe a word they have to say from the get go? Additionally I don’t even own these and I know they have water pump issues that need to be verified. I know this isn’t the answer you want but it comes with the territory of buying a used Audi non cpo.

Brother, when you buy a car like that, it's very dangerous to get that used. There's a 99% chance the previous owner dragged the car out or any supercar for that matter or sports car or any car in the nature. You should've done a mechanical check prior.

Used cars in California are sold “As is” and it’s definitely a “Buyer’s Beware.” Sorry to hear of the deception you’ve experienced. You seem very astute and know you should have brought a trusted Motor Vehicle Mechanic with you to check it out before purchasing. I hope you get a satisfactory solution to the issue. Good luck. 🤙🏽✌🏽🫡

There's a Lemon Law in California. They sold you a lemon. Now, I wonder if you checked the CarFax on it before you bought it. I appreciate the fact you're trying to avoid litigation but with car dealerships, who don't have the best reputation for honesty and integrity litigation is all they understand. Sue em!

Yeah lawyer up. They definitely did something wrong even if it’s not lemon law coverage. The fact their attorney got involved (as a law educated person) already tells me there’s potential trouble. The key here is do not back down. Hold this dealer responsible. You will absolutely need a lawyer. Don’t waste anymore of your personal time. Go for blood. Being nice is over when this much money is on the line.
