Gender affirming therapist here! You’re doing amazing! The one thing I find a lot of trans people feel like they are “missing” are the core memories of things their chosen gender would have been socialized to do. Take her shopping, teach her to sew, teach her about the weird social rules about clothes. I feel like I spend a lot of time teaching dress codes to transfemme people so they can feel more empowered to make wardrobe choices on their own. But also, she’s gonna have some self-discovery and exploration and that’s part of it too!
