I think the reason Minecraft was made is deeper than we all thing, I believe that Minecraft was never made to be a video game but to show us how to live our lives, think about it, you load into a infinite world with nothing, but we never fail to make the most out of emptiness we found meaning in the meaningless, kinda sounds like this game was not for entertainment but to deliver a timeless message for generations to come, when you finish the game and beat the ender dragon, I think the ender dragon was never something to beat but maybe the ender dragon was a reflection of your own inner journey, maybe the ender dragon stood for something. Your own personal endeavors. Think about it, in real life in order to overcome something deeply personal you have to first step into its domain and conquer it, kinda sounds like going to the end dimension and defeating the ender dragon right, and I think the end screen after you beat the ender dragon is deeper than a lot of people think it is because if you really read it, it feels almost as if it’s guiding you towards your spiritual journey, because if you have heard the saying “before enlightenment chop wood carry water, and after enlightenment chop wood carry water” after you best the ender dragon you keep playing even tho that was supposed to be the end of the game, in the grand scheme of this game, it is more than a game, it’s a metaphor for life, and that message? “Life never had meaning, you created the meaning in life”
