How many police officers are completely clueless as to what and how to use the laws, so many so called officers abuse the powers given to them, fail to identify properly fail to say laws when arresting or detained, these so called police officers are beyond retraining and most definitely need to be sacked and made an example of to other officers to show this behaviour will not be tolerated!
