We’ve all been offloading with calculators. The key is realizing what you are offloading to AI. Map v. GPS offloading analogy is key: use AI like a GPS and you are offloading too much. Using it like a map is the sweet spot.

You have to have enough base knowledge of the area you're using AI or you can't differentiate and treat AI critically. We are all out here in the workplace. for every one high achiever are at least 10 under performers who don't know they don't know what they don't know.
