for context, at the time many eagles fans felt the same way. Carson just got paid, was playing out of his mind again but had zero help. despite no help, he dragged a bunch of random practice squad players into the playoffs after running a gauntlet of a table to finish the season. The birds were a first round exit due to a dirty hit by jadeveon clowney that concussed wentz in the first quarter in a game that was very winnable. We all anticipated the organization getting him some help, especially after missing out on drafting Justin Jefferson the round before and dk metcalf the year prior
