This is an important message… fear is one of the only things that can make you ineffective… it causes people to kick into the fight or flight mode and that changes the way the whole body operates that’s why when people are afraid they don’t make good decisions… the blood flow gets redirected to other places such as muscles etc. there was a study done by an insurance company on how many things that people are truly afraid of actually happen?… the person is called an actuary i believe and all insurance companies have them… their whole business is based on peoples fears and how much they will pay to keep themselves from that particular devastation whether it’s a fire, flood or whatever… anyway the number is 3% only 3% of the time does something someone fears actually happen… that is a very small number… and how much is fear used in the world to manipulate people into doing things that if that fear wasn’t there they would not have done? FEAR IS F… false, E… evidence, A… appearing, R… real… and the only way you are going to combat your unjustified fear is by looking at each one and finding out why you fear it and deciding what you are going to do to deal with it and get it out of your life… in the bible… it says over 600 times FEAR NOT… there must be a good purpose for it being used that often in all those different situations… you might look just a couple of them up if you like because many of them tell you why you should not fear that particular thing… then think about each one you look at and see where your thinking matches or aligns with what it says and see if your perception doesn’t change just a bit and you feel a slight bit free er with each fear you conquer and you will gain confidence in yourself because you lear to trust your heart and the judgement that comes from there… love and hugs… take what resonates and leave the rest… imho
