Nurse here. You are responsible for the patients/residents and the floor staff while you're on the clock. In some facilities, the nurses are the employees that get reprimanded for the actions of their PCTs/CNAs if nothing is done about their behavior.

It’s so wrong. I had a nurse say to me out of nowhere. “I’m gonna write an email about you” I said “ok” WTH! Was being ganged up on, it was horrible
