One thing I don’t understand, is why no one else on that entire plane stood up for you. Or offered to change seats. Watching how frustrated and upset you were getting, made my blood boil and if I had been on that flight I would have marched up that aisle and offered you my seat or to store it under my seat. It’s too common for people to be bystanders and I hate it.

It is wild to me that they didn't help you secure a medical device. Allowing it to roll around on the floor could not only damage your device but it could be also be a massive safety issue. I am horrified they treated you that way

i commented on the other post, but on virgin voyages, my father had his medication stolen in barcelona, and staff refused to help us find any accommodations, they had the medication on board in the doctors office but refused to give it to him because him boarding would be a “liability risk”. when he met with staff about his experience, all they said is “well it looks like your daughter was having fun” and completely dismissed him. i refuse to travel virgin ever again because of how cruel they were to my family.
