At this point of arguing mali ang babae congresswoman, she wants temporary para makapag nakaw ng hindi halata. Short term solution not long term, hukay ng hukay para 50% sa kanila mapupunta yung pera ng taong bayan. Dredging ang bagal kumilos naabutan ng malakas na bagyo, tapos mahihirapan sila tanggalin yung tubig dahil sa ulan so another req nnmn yun para maayos, they do it repeatedly para lang makapagnakaw.
