@kreekreekray: @Caesars Rewards I LOVE YOU GUYS and would genuinely love to collaborate one day, but my first night at the #TropicanaHotelAtlanticCity was a literal NIGHTMARE. I booked the new luxury Solana Tower specifically, only to be told upon arrival that it was overbooked and SOLD OUT. I was assigned a new room ONLY FOR IT TO BE UNCLEAN! I thought it was still occupied! Then, after bringing the issue to management, I was left waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes to an hour. I did not feel safe at all. I eventually returned to my assigned room because I wasn’t feeling safe…..and I stayed inside the room while housekeeping cleaned it because the room was filthy when I arrived. Having a guest and housekeeping staff in that situation was uncomfortable and, honestly, unsafe for me as a guest & your employee. 🥹😫 The only resolution offered was a $75 dining voucher….which I couldn’t even use. There’s MUCH more to what happened, but I’d really appreciate someone from Caesars reaching out so I can privately explain everything and hopefully get this addressed. I love Atlantic City and truly wanted to have a great experience.
