LIFE AS A VOLUNTEER | This what real service looks like. This year humbled me so much. My perspective on life and humanity has completely changed which is how I live my life now and this was the start of really finding out what's my purpose in life and what was life actually about. From IT Professional for almost 6 years to being a Financial Advisor for 6 years + now, Real Estate agent for almost 3 years now, to managing different businesses for almost 5 years now. I'm still asking myself, ano ba talaga ang purpose ko sa mundong ito? Alam mo yung ang dami ko ng ginagawa in life pero I'm still exploring for something na gusto ko pa gawin. When I've had the privilege of working with incredible and very active NGOs here in La Union (SIFCare and DOERS) and like-minded individuals who share same passion for creating positive change has the answer to my life's unanswered questions. I really admire the advocacies of these organizations kaya nagjoin ako early this year. I've been volunteering with them for almost a year now. These 2 organizations are very proactive and working tirelessly in order to make the world a better place for the future generation. Being a volunteer has shown me that even the smallest actions can make significant difference in someone's life. It has not only enriched my life, it has reaffirmed the belief that together, we can build a stronger, more compassionate world. And I will definitely spend the rest of my life volunteering.
