let me try to clarify this to people. differentiate government from a political party. Government is formed up by we the people be it NRM, NUP, DP and other political parties. And a party is formed up of a specific group of people and out of their feelings or interests. let's ask ourselves, if war rises up in uganda against another country and aid is to be given does it go to the government of uganda or it goes to a specific political party. secondly, government has assets which are to be enjoyed by everyone in the government for as long as you follow the right protocol of using them. parties also have there assets.
