The other sign of early civilization collpase is ppl ignoring traffic laws more and more. I.e more ppl running red lights, ppl ignoring stop signs, ppl speeding more, etc. When ppl start to ignore the little laws, the big ones will start to be ignored too.

People forget that these regulations were put into place to protect the working class. They used to put bleach and chalk in spoiled milk to neutralize the sour taste and change the color so they are still able to sell it to consumers
