Its sounds sensible but not bcz the standards of living and currency are totally different, there's no way you want a middle income country to pay the same wages like a first class country,style up ,just imagine 1kg of beans is 16000ugx in gulf countries,how much is it in Uganda ,and why have u said that even house helpers in Uganda get different wages,some 200k and the rest below ,it depends on the earning and standard of the bosses, meaning that Uganda is still a developing country so you must expect all such upsets
