The lighting is the MOST important thing for good video quality - believe me!!! 😅 I thought my old iphone 11 pro recorded much worse, but when I compared it with the iphone 16 pro, I was actually surprised because the difference wasn’t as obvious as I expected;))) And it's because of the lighting! I already have a few videos about my lighting setup, so check them out. And one more little trick for you;)) 👇🏼 After I finish filming (btw, I film in cinematic mode), I upload the raw video to Capcut. Besides my other edits, I ALWAYS adjust a few settings under the adjust section. The settings stay pretty similar most of the time, but they can vary depending on the lighting that day. For this particular video, I used 👇🏼 Temp +3, Saturation +2, Exposure -1, Contrast +2, Shadows -7, Blacks -2, Brilliance -5, Clarity +7 The difference after applying these settings is sooo obvious. The video looks crisper, more contrasty, and just more high-quality overall 🙈 Try it and you’ll see the difference. I do this with ALL of my videos. SEE?? The problem usually isn’t your phone, unless it’s a super, super grandma phone 😂 Work on your lighting, check out my older videos, try filming in cinematic mode, and adjust your settings in Capcut.
