Might be that ur pan is too hot if its sticking and natoast hahah tho i like it that way sometimes! What i do is i heat my pan first ng medium heat then i do the water test na magfflick lang ako ng small drop ng water and check if the water is kinda slipping n sliding if it does then i let that water evaporate, i then add some oil then let heat saglit for 1 min at least (u can feel if the heat is good na if u put ur hand near the pan and its warm n toasty iz good) then i crack my egg into the pan! I make sure na enough yung oil that it touch the edges ng eggs or like i slide it around hehe 2-3 mins to cook it depending on how u like it and then i flip the egg carefully kasi i want the other side to cook (for like a few secs kahit 10sec) a thin layer but runny pa rin yung yolk 🫶🏻

Fried eggs I'm okay but cooking boiled eggs is harder to master. Hindi mo kasi nakikita if luto na. Hehe!
