SERVICES NSW are not always correct I'm fighting them right now , my car says 177,000km and it's got 41,000 in real life, they tell me it's a mistake by a mechanic putting in the incorrect information for someone's else rego inspection , not all are wound back ....services NSW make mistakes

Yeah, there's also every chance that they could have done an engine swap to a lower kilometre motor, which is quite common in a lot of those older Hiluxes and LandCruisers, something that those free checks will never tell you. Only way of finding that out is via one of the paid ones like Revs Check and then matching the engine numbers.
