Nah, I live near where this happened and the ‘angered local’s’ are about 3 people moaning in a FB group. It wasn’t in Stourbridge but it was close (ish) to the homes in Highters Heath that caught fire. Personally, I don’t think they should have run the event but to say the locals are angry is ridiculous when it was just a few people complaining.
