Fun Fact - I actually Trained as a Nurse but realised pretty quickly that I was not going to be able to ork in the role I thought I'd love. Many people are looking to leave healthcare but the NHS specifically for a multitude of reasons and there are honestly, a few things I think you need to consider to help aid your search. The big 2 👇 - How much change are you willing to make? Because in many jobs thegre are days you just want to get out BUT you need to look at what you are willing to change to do that - Your skills Particularly transferable skills if you are in a predominantly patient facing role that will be tricky to straight swap I hope this video is helpful and if you are in the NHS or healthcare in general, share this with your fellow ward warriors.
