Hey YO, I'm simply giving you a video idea, but I’m commenting about a study exploring the topic of regional hypertrophy (PMID: 23949789), which had 11 participants preform a leg extension and
measured different regions of the quad to see how they grew, they measured the Vastus lateralis, the Vastus medialis, the Vastus intermedius, the Rectus femoris, Multiple locations along each muscle, Muscle thickness, Fascicle length, and the Pennation angle.
They learned that there is strong evidence for regional hypertrophy, but didn't test different parts of the ROM to test different regions of the same muscle. What are your thoughts on this?

If you’re going to spam videos debunking the water usage argument then you may want to address the many other reasons people are broadly anti AI

Yo, the problem with AI data centers using water is that they're often located in drought prone areas (Arizona, Texas, etc) these data centers while not necessarily destroying the water are displacing it via evaporation (water cycle) leading to less water in the local area of where the data center is located (often close to people reducing total available water) these data centers are also often using the same water lines as residential neighborhoods, the same goes for their electricity usage, the government is spending taxpayer money to upgrade infrastructure to accommodate the data centers while at the same time taking people's homes to demo them and make space for electrical support. this is OBVIOUSLY a net negative on local communities @YO lmk your thoughts

Ai water consumption is literally such a non global issue, if it were that big of a deal then humans should stop bathing and showering because human showering uses 100x more water annually than all data centers in the world combined .

. The issue with ai water use is not the amount used it is the type of water used. its still not that bad compared to other stuff like animal farming but still bad nonetheless

I've heard that the newer data centers have a closed loop system that's a one time water draw and then pretty much nothing after that. I would understand arguments related to land usage, questions about the lack of employment relative to tax dollar investment, some data centers installing their own gas turbines (environmental impact), or maybe electricity usage. I've never understood the insane fixation on water usage, which is such a non-issue, despite having real concerns that could be had with the construction of data centers.

but wouldn’t the consumption of water increase the more AI improves (which it will seeing how much money is being dumped into it)? Also what about generative AI? wouldn’t the consumption of it be higher than a simple textual prompt? most issues ive seen with ai is regarding this and not simple searches

So i can both reduce water usage and impact phases by doing elipticals or cycling🤔🤔
